Residential Leases require a 3 month contract with a minimum of 4 hours a month ($100/mo). Contracts are updated every 3 months.
Residential Rates ~ The more you rent the more you save.
$25/hr - 1 hr/wk or 4 hrs/mo ~ $100/mo
$24/hr - 2 hrs/wk or 8 hrs/mo ~ $192/mo
$23/hr - 3 hrs/wk or 12 hrs/mo ~ $276/mo
$22/hr - 4 hrs/wk or 16 hrs/mo ~ $352/mo
$21/hr - 5 hrs/wk or 20 hrs/mo ~ $420/mo
$20/hr - 6 hrs/wk or 24 hrs/mo ~ $480/mo
Rent is due in full on the 1st of each month regardless of how you choose to use/not use your time slot. Rent is based on a 4 week month.
To join Room To Move as a Resident is to join our family.
Aside from gaining access to a great space, by becoming a Resident you will also be connected to our current student base/ community via our website and social media accounts, have the option of participating in our yearly showcase, Time To Groove, and add your information to our signs, bulletin boards, etc. We work together!
Requested time slots should include all required set up and clean up time.
A minimum of 10 minutes is required between all Resident time slots to aid in class turnover.
Time Slots are booked first come first serve. View the Rental Calendar for availability. All empty time is available to rent.
Rentals are confirmed only with a signed contract. Paying Rental Fees does not signify a confirmed rental.
