    Hourly Open Studio fees are as follows
    8am-10pm Hourly Rental $35/hr, $20/half hr Flat
    10pm-8am Hourly Rental $60/hr, $35/half hr Flat

    Hourly Event/Party fees are as follows
    8am-10pm Hourly Rental $50/hr, $30/half hr     Flat
    10pm-8am Hourly Rental $80/hr, $45/half hr Flat

    Residential Rental fees begin at $100/mo for 4 hours
    Credit Card Information
    All rentals require a credit card on file. The credit card on file is for a security hold and incidental fees only. We do not charge this credit card for regular rental fees. Rental fees are due in full at time of booking and may be paid via cash, check or charge. Renters must secure payment outside of this request. Submitting this request does not guarantee an approved rental. For all Event/Party rentals a security deposit hold of $200 will be placed on the credit card on file for the duration of your rental time. Hold will be removed upon check out. Any incidental fee's incurred will be charged to the credit card on file in the amounts listed per your contract.
