Hourly Open Studio Rental - For pop up classes, workshops, photoshoots, etc.. Begins at $35/hour
No long term contract. Completely DIY. You set up and clean up. Time slots should include all required set up and clean up time.
All Event/Party rentals require a $200 refundable security deposit hold via the booking credit card.

Dates are booked first come first served within the availability of both the venue and staff.
Rentals are confirmed only with a signed contract. Paying Rental Fees does not signify a confirmed rental.
Cancellation Policy: Rental Fees are non refundable. $20 Fee to reschedule booked time slot.
Entrance Policy: Renter must be present within the first 10 minutes of rental time to gain access to the space. Rental is canceled and fees forfeited if no one is available to gain access in the first 10 minutes of rental time.
Exit Policy: Departure time is electronically monitored. Renter must vacate the premises on time, leaving the space clean and ready for the next renter.
Additional Fees: $30/each 15 minutes over rented time slot time. $50/hr for each hour of cleaning needed after departure. Fees will be deducted from security deposit and/or charged to credit card on file.
Additional rental items include; set up & clean up service beginning at $100/ea, dance instructors in various styles $80/hour, Piano rental $50 per event, Staff $40 an hour, per staff member.
- 8am-10pm Hourly Rental $35/hr, $20/half hr ~ Those planning a party or event, rehearsal, photo shoot, etc.
- 10pm-8am Hourly Rental $60/hr, $35/half hr~ With advanced approval.
- 8am-10pm Hourly Rental $50/hr, $30/half hr ~ Those planning a party or event, rehearsal, photo shoot, etc.
- 10pm-8am Hourly Rental $80/hr, $45/half hr~ With advanced approval.
