10pm-8am Hourly Rental $50/hr Flat ~ With advanced approval.
No long term contract. Rental fees include the use of tables, chairs and audio system. You set up and clean up.
Requested time slots should include all required set up and clean up time. We also offer a set up and clean up service for an additional fee.
Dates are booked first come first served. View the Rental Calendar for availability. All empty time is available to rent.
Rentals are confirmed only with a signed contract. Paying Rental Fees does not signify a confirmed rental.
Cancellation Policy: Rental Fees are non refundable. $20 Fee to reschedule booked time slot.
Entrance Policy: Renter must be present within the first 10 minutes of rental time to gain access to the space. Rental is canceled and fees forfeited if no one is available to gain access in the first 10 minutes of rental time.
Exit Policy: Departure time is electronically monitored. Renter must vacate the premises on time, leaving the space clean and ready for the next renter. Renter will access a $30 Late Exit Fee for every 15 minutes over rented time slot and will be invoiced for any time needed to clean the space after renter has departed at a rate of $50/hr. Exit and Clean up fees will charged to the credit card on file.
Additional rental items include; set up & clean up service beginning at $50/ea, dance instructors in various styles $60/hour, Piano rental $50 per event, Staff $20 an hour, per staff member.
Rental Tip: Allow for twice as much time as you think you will need to set up/ clean up. It always takes longer then you think it will.
