Kettlebells, resistance bands, and the stability ball (fitness balls) are featured items to help turn this class into a muscle shaping, body toning, fat-burning and lean muscle making hour that will get you well on your way to a great body and attitude as we start and advance into the new year! Medicine balls and Bosu Balls, could also make their way into this class that will emphasize core strength as you work every major muscle group through a series of circuits. Please furnish your own stability ball, resistance band and mat. Our supply is limited but we can assist.

Salsa Dancing

Salsa is a very energetic Latin dance. Lots of fun, complete with spins, sharp movement, and crisp turns. Classes begin with footwork, and basic dance moves geared towards club-style salsa dancing. The goal is to get everyone comfortable with basic dance fundamentals and then apply them to salsa dance. This class is fun and fast, but not too fast - filled with patience, repetition, and practice. Class is suitable for people who have never salsa danced, never danced at all, as well as people wanting to strengthen their fundamentals. If time allows, we invite students to extra practice time after class.

Only $60 an Hour
In a private lesson, you work at your own pace. Private lessons allow you to schedule your lessons by appointment and provide you the privacy some people prefer. You can improve your ballroom and latin dancing much more quickly by having a teacher focus on you exclusively.
Whether it is your First Dance, the Father/Daughter dance or the Mother/Son dance, or preparing for competitions our private dance lessons are for you.
Everyone would love to know how to dance, but most people are afraid of looking awkward. Don't be nervous; anyone can learn to dance and it's easier than you think!
