People have been dancing to the rhythm of drums long before there
were any other instruments and they would hear and "feel" the rhythm
and allow their bodies to respond according to what their own spirit
led them to do. There was no wrong way to dance, because it was all so
natural. Dancing with a free spirit in that way takes a dancer to a
place of well being that no other human endeavor can equal. The even
more amazing thing about "Drancing" is that everyone can do it. If you
have a heartbeat you have rhythm, if you have rhythm, you can drance.
